Tulsi or Holy Basil is a sacred herb in Hinduism and used widely in Ayurvedic medicine for its benefits on the mind and body. Tulsi is an adaptogen herb, which means it helps your body adapt to or resist stress, be it physical, mental or emotional in nature.
